2. Product Description
(1) Working Principle
The machine uses a special vertical evaporator made of stainless steel or carbon steel. Refrigerant evaporates in the interlayer, while water is sprayed onto the inner wall and rapidly frozen into flake ice. A stainless steel blade continuously rotates to scrape off the ice, and excess water is redirected back into the tank for reuse, ensuring efficient water usage.
