Case introduces new CX750D excavator to demonstrate strong horsepower and efficient productivity

Case Engineering Machinery and Equipment introduced the new CX750D, the largest and most powerful mechanical equipment in the Case Excavator series. The CX750D has 512 horsepower of the best-in-class power and is available in both standard and "mass excavation" configurations. Massive digging configurations have shorter booms and sticks, higher digging forces and shorter working cycle times, and the ability to handle larger diggers to increase digging capacity.

Case introduced the new Tier 4 Final excavator. This mechanical device replaces the CX700B and CX800B to streamline the heavy load excavator lineup. The CX750D is available in standard and “large-volume digging” configurations. The equipment has redesigned the boom, stick and undercarriage, and the overall structure is stronger. At the same time, it has a powerful bucket digging force and best-in-class lifting capacity.

Like all D-Series excavators, the CX750D is designed to accelerate cycle times, improve control/responsiveness and fuel efficiency. Electrically controlled hydraulic pumps and larger control and solenoid valves deliver higher breakout forces, increased strength, and better responsiveness. These features, combined with the Case intelligent hydraulic system and its four integrated control systems, ensure that the hydraulic power and momentum of this mechanical device are utilized to increase power and fuel efficiency.

The strength of both the boom, the stick, and the undercarriage are increased to increase power and efficiency, and the boom and bucket cylinders are also increased in size, which helps improve performance. This mechanical device has three modes of operation: automatic, heavy-duty, and speed-priority. It aims to use hydraulic pressure and engine power in the most efficient and efficient manner.

The CX750D meets the Tier 4 Final emission standards by innovatively combining Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) with Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) technology, which helps maximize uptime and performance and is required Very little maintenance. This machine does not use a diesel particulate filter (DPF) and there are no DPF regenerations or associated lifetime maintenance costs.

Comparing to previous Case equipment of the same type, the cab is larger and more spacious, with fully adjustable workstations and new high-back seats for optimum comfort and support. The standard rearview and sideview cameras transmit images to a 7-inch widescreen monitor, which can also be used to view in real time many important performance parameters such as fuel consumption, working hours, and mechanical device information.

Wider passageways and new barriers further enhance safety. All filters are arranged in groups in the pump chamber in an orderly manner, so this mechanical device is easier to maintain and operate. The new standard hydrostatic reversible fans work with actual cooling requirements, helping to reduce power consumption and reduce maintenance.

The CX750D enjoys the CASE ProCare warranty package, which includes a 3-year Advanced CASE SiteWatchTM telematics service, a 3 year/3,000 hour plant warranty, and a 3 year/3,000 hour planned maintenance contract. ProCare allows operators to invest in new equipment with confidence, while helping to maintain predictable cost of ownership and operating costs in the first three years of renting or owning equipment.
