Structure
Single screw pumps are designed with a suction and discharge system, along with a working part consisting of a rotating eccentric rotor and stator. The rotor and stator have two contact points in every transverse section, creating sealing lines that form one or more sealed chambers as the rotor rotates. This allows for smooth movement of the medium from the suction end to the discharge end, minimizing pressure pulsation and ensuring gentle handling of sensitive media.

Feeding Medium
This pump is suitable for various types of media including those with high solid content (maximum particle size up to 50mm), no solids, all viscosities (from 1 mPa·s to 3,000,000 mPa·s), easily shear-sensitive materials, abrasive media, self-lubricating or non-self-lubricating liquids, and even corrosive substances (with pH ranging from 0 to 14). It's also ideal for adhesive and toxic media.
