We are a professional supplier of casting machinery manufacturing.
2. How can I get some samples?
We are happy to provide free samples, but new clients will need to cover the courier cost, which will be deducted from the payment for the formal order.
3. Can you make casting according to our drawing?
Yes, we can produce castings based on your 2D or 3D CAD model. If a 3D model is available, tooling development will be more efficient. Without 3D, we can still produce approved samples based on 2D drawings.
4. Can you make casting based on our samples?
Yes, we can measure your samples to create drawings for tooling production.
5. What quality control devices do you have in-house?
We have a spectrometer for chemical property monitoring, a tensile testing machine for mechanical properties, and ultrasonic testing (UT) for internal defect detection in castings.
