A: Each Huarui torch undergoes several tests before being packed: insulation resistance test, high voltage test, air/water flow test, and air/water seal test. If any defective items are found, we will either issue a credit or replace them in the next shipment.
Q4: What is the ordering process?
A: First, we’ll discuss the details via email or through TM. Then we’ll send you a Proforma Invoice for confirmation or a Trade Assurance payment link. A full prepayment is required before we start production. Once we receive the payment, we begin processing the order. The delivery time is typically 5-15 days if the item is not in stock.
