This is from Larry Shapiro:
I was in Glencoe, and the weather was absolutely perfect. The firefighters were incredibly friendly and welcoming, so I took the opportunity to capture a few photos of their brand-new ambulance, Ambulance 30. It's a 2017 Ford F550 4x4 with a Horton Type I body, unit number 18315. It looks powerful and well-equipped for any emergency situation.

The ambulance looks sharp and professional, with a clean design and modern features. It’s always interesting to see how different fire departments outfit their vehicles, and this one definitely stands out.

Another shot shows the rear of the vehicle, complete with bright chevron striping and attention-grabbing lighting. These details are not just for style—they’re essential for visibility and safety on the road.

Several close-ups of the license plate and legal markings give a sense of the vehicle’s official status. It’s clear that this ambulance is built to last and serve the community with reliability and efficiency. A great addition to the Glencoe public safety fleet!
