Q: Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A: We are a manufacturer based in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China. You are welcome to visit our factory.
Q: What is your minimum order quantity and delivery time?
A: The MOQ varies depending on the product type. For bolt/cable seals, it's 10,000 pcs; for barrier seals, 200 pcs; and for other seals, 50,000 pcs. Delivery usually takes about 15 days.
Q: Can I order a single sample first? How much would that cost?
A: Yes, samples are available and free of charge. However, shipping costs must be covered by the buyer. Shipping options include:
1). Arranging a courier to pick up the sample from us;
2). Providing your own courier account so we can arrange the shipment;
3). If the above options are not available, we can ship under our account after receiving payment via Western Union/PayPal/TT. Please contact us for shipping costs.
Q: How long does it take to deliver the sample, and can I add my own logo to it?
A: Samples are typically delivered within 24 hours after confirming the shipping fees. Yes, we can apply custom logos using laser printing.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: Payment terms are 30% deposit and 70% before delivery via T/T, PayPal, or Western Union.
Q: What is the lead time for bulk orders?
A: Lead time depends on the order quantity and printing requirements. Please contact us for an accurate estimate.
Q: If we want to develop a new product, but only have an idea, can you help design it based on our concept?
A: Yes, we have a professional design team that can assist with your concept and create a new mold if the quantity is sufficient. In many cases, we can refund the mold cost once the order is placed.
