Production Line:
Introduction of ATS Two-Stage Compounding Line
To produce PVC cable materials, we typically use the ATS two-stage compounding line. This system includes an ATE twin-screw extruder, an ASE single-screw extruder, and a downstream pelletizing system. The first stage handles polymer compounding, while the second stage extrudes the compounds at a gentle and lower temperature, followed by pelletizing via the downstream cutting system.


About the Pelletizing System
Multiple cutting systems can be used in the ATS compounding line. Thanks to the modular design principle, both Instrument control and PLC control are available for the ATS electrical control system. Key electrical components use European brands to ensure a reliable and stable control system. For producing PVC cable materials, we often use air-cooled die-face hot cutting. This system combines the high-speed, strong-compounding capability of the twin-screw extruder with the low-speed, low-temperature, and weak-shear characteristics of the single-screw extruder, making it ideal for heat-sensitive or shear-sensitive materials.
