Wet desulphurization process achieves "zero emissions"

At present, most of China's wet desulfurization process flotation of sulphur foam with liquid volume reached about 70%, so that after the increase of molten sulfur residue. Due to the change of the components of the raffinate after high temperature, multicomponent complex salts and organic compounds are produced, and the direct recovery system is prone to saponification reaction, which is not conducive to the polymerization and floatation of elemental sulfur in the regeneration system. In order to ensure the stability of the system, the residual liquid after the melting of sulfur is intermittent and partially recovered. The residual liquid that cannot be recovered every day is generally about 1/4 of the amount of the added desulfurization liquid. Residues that cannot be recovered can only be discharged. If they are not discharged into the system, they will result in low desulfurization efficiency and affect the long-term stable operation of the system. However, emissions are not only wasted auxiliary materials, but also increased the difficulty of environmental protection. The contradiction between row and row has long plagued the industry.
Shanxi Fengxi Huarui Coal Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. has recently used a domestic leading sulfur foam vacuum filtration technology, a new ceramic capillary filter, technological transformation of the wet desulfurization system process, secondary filtration of the sulfur foam of the regeneration system . After filtration, the moisture content of the sulfur paste is reduced from 70% before the transformation to 30%; the suspended sulfur content of the supernatant is reduced from 3g/L before the transformation to less than 1g/L, and can be directly used in the recycling system; 5 cubic meters per day reduced to the current "zero." The residual liquid is calculated at 250 yuan per cubic meter, which can save 1,250 yuan per day. The application of new technology not only eliminates the influence of molten sulfur residue on the desulfurization system, but also saves expenses, and realizes “zero emission” of residual liquid, achieving stable, high-efficiency, economical and environmental-friendly effects.
