Structure Features
The 2CY series gear pump consists of gears, shafts, pump body, pump cover, safety valve, and shaft-end seals. The heat-treated gears offer high hardness and strength, rotating inside replaceable bearing sleeves. All internal components are lubricated by the pumped medium during operation.

The design includes a leakage and return channel that minimizes torque on the gears, reducing wear on the bearings and improving overall efficiency. A safety valve is integrated to protect against overpressure, with a full return flow pressure set at 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure. The safety valve can be adjusted within the allowable pressure range but should not be used as a long-term pressure-reducing valve. If necessary, a separate pressure-reducing valve can be installed on the pipeline.
