2CY Series Cast Iron Gear Oil Pump

Brief Introduction
This pump is designed for transferring non-corrosive lubricating oil or similar liquids without solid particles or fibers. It is ideal for use in various industrial applications where reliable fluid transfer is required.

Application Scope
It can function as a transfer pump or booster pump in oil delivery systems. Additionally, it can be used as a fuel pump in fuel supply systems for pressurization and injection. The pump is also widely applicable as a lubrication pump across multiple industries.

Structural Features
The 2CY series gear pumps consist of gears, shafts, pump body, cover, safety valve, and axle-end seals. The heat-treated gears offer high hardness and strength, rotating within replaceable bearing sleeves. All internal components are lubricated by the pumped medium during operation, ensuring smooth and efficient performance.

The pump is carefully designed with leakage and return channels to minimize the torque acting on the gears, reducing wear on bearings and improving overall efficiency. A safety valve is included to protect against overload, with a full return flow pressure set at 1.5 times the rated discharge pressure. This allows for adjustment within the allowable pressure range depending on the application. However, it is important to note that the safety valve should not be used as a pressure-reducing valve for extended periods. If necessary, a separate pressure-reducing valve can be installed on the pipeline.
