The innovative jib system features embedded blocks, plug-in boom heads, and an octagonal jib, offering excellent lifting performance and ensuring safe and reliable operations. The unique telescoping and retraction technology prevents bending of the core pipe and cylinder or boom damage due to operator error, significantly enhancing operational safety. Eight patented technologies ensure smooth, efficient, and energy-saving performance in lifting, rotating, and luffing systems.
The torque limiter is equipped with a colorful LCD display, enabling intelligent fault diagnosis with high precision that surpasses industry standards. A new hydraulic motor with a high starting torque improves the safety of secondary lifting. The ergonomic design makes the cab and control cabin more spacious and user-friendly. Six unique manufacturing techniques guarantee high-quality construction.
This crane extends its lifting range and capacity, greatly improving the lifting power at the front end.
The QY30K5-I truck crane is a classic and mature 30-ton model introduced by our company in 2009. Designed specifically for Russian laws, regulations, and environmental conditions, it has been modified to meet diverse customer needs. It has successfully obtained Russian GOST and OTTC certifications. Compared to standard models, it includes heating systems to improve low-temperature adaptability, making it suitable for extreme weather conditions. Additionally, it is equipped with a Euro IV engine to comply with emission standards in Russia.
The QY30K5-I features a full-size, large-view driver's cab and a new operator’s cabin, giving the vehicle an elegant appearance. Its five-section octagonal boom and double-cylinder rope system provide a compact structure and reliable telescoping movements.
Key Features:
1. Hydraulic drive system with stepless speed control for stable and convenient operation.
2. Inserted boom head and built-in sliding mechanisms reduce lifting deformation and ensure smooth telescoping.
3. Built-in planetary gear reducers in the main and auxiliary hoist systems, along with load-sensitive filtration technology, ensure system stability regardless of pressure or flow changes, reducing energy consumption and prolonging hydraulic system life.
4. Planetary gear reducer and normally closed brake in the slewing system, with a spur-type slewing ring driven by a motor and a buffer valve in the hydraulic system, enabling smooth movement and precise inching.
5. Safety devices such as LMI (Load Moment Indicator), anti-two-block system, outrigger pinning device, and level gauge are included, along with lighting systems for night operations.
6. Special configuration for extremely cold environments:
- Fluid heating system: Heaters are added to the engine cooling, fuel, and hydraulic oil systems, ensuring proper operation in sub-zero temperatures. This allows the crane to function effectively even at -35°C.

Hot rolled material is annealing in cold rolled annealing furnace and after pickling in acid.All mill rolls are grinded on precision grinding machine with proper chamfering after first shift operation.All sheets are pickled in different tanks and sheets are dried on brush roll machine before dispatch.These sheets are again annealing then sent to straighten machine for straightening and pickling in acid and send for packing according to size and quality.Inspection is done at various stages. By experience staff keeping proper control overall internal process via rolling, annealing, pickling, treatment of waste etc.
