Acrel-5000 energy monitoring system communicates using wireless communication. The design adopts 4- layer structure:  

Information storage and processing layer: energy storage and processing platform monitoring data, mainly by the hotel server, computer, energy monitoring and management platform components.

Ø   Wide area communication network: It is mainly composed of wired and wireless networks of various operators and intranets of enterprises.

Ø   Wireless sensor network: The WSN network equipment developed mainly by the cetcStack wireless sensor network protocol, including WSN collectors, routers, and coordinators.

Ø   Information collection layer: It mainly consists of various energy consumption metering devices, including electronic meter, water meter, and heat meter.

The system used by the wireless sensor network having a MANET, self-maintenance, adaptation, scalability functions, network operation without human intervention, can be customized at 433 ~ 464MHz, 470 ~ 510MHz and other different communications bands. The network consists of coordinators, routers, and terminal equipment. It supports star, tree, and mesh networks. The maximum number of levels of the network is 15 , which can accommodate up to 65,536 nodes. The node's logical address uses a 6- byte ID . The network is a peer-to-peer network that is simple to install and truly plug-and-play. The communication protocol between the network and the host computer is rich in interfaces. The user can view various network information at any time, and can perform various forms of management and control on the network at any time, which is convenient, fast, stable and reliable.

3.5 System Features
