The typical height of a poultry house is between 2.5m and 3.5m (at eaves). The width depends on the layout of the equipment inside, and it should not be too large to ensure proper ventilation. Steel structure poultry houses are usually designed with a width of 8–15m and a length no longer than 140m.

**We Supply the Whole System for Automatic Chicken Feeding:**
**1. Main Feed Delivery Line**
- A complete automatic feeding system including material conveying pipe, silo, auger, drive motor, and feed level sensor.
- Used to deliver feed from the silo to the hopper in the poultry house.
- A feed sensor at the end controls the motor to enable automatic feeding.

- Manpower hopper or silo: 600/800kg hopper, 5/8/10/15/18/20mt silo

*Different silos can be chosen based on daily consumption. Silo materials include galvanized sheet and glass fiber reinforced plastic. If you don't use a silo, a manpower hopper is an alternative option.*
**2. Automatic Pan Feeding Line System**
- Includes V-shaped bin with hopper, motor, delivery pipe, auger, feed pan, sensor, suspension & lifting device, and anti-perching device.
- Ensures even distribution of feed across the poultry house.

*Each feeding line has a sensor that controls the motor to automatically deliver feed when the pan is low and stops when it's full.*
**3. Automatic Nipple Drinking Line System**
- Provides clean and fresh water for poultry, essential for their growth.
- Drinkers can be triggered from 360 degrees, making it easier for young birds to start drinking.

- Waterline front system: Filter, pressure regulating valve, water meter, medicator (doser)
- Water pipe with nipple drinker and drip cup: Nipple distance: 16 nipples/4m or 12 nipples/3m, Raising ability: 8–12 birds/pc, Nipple material: stainless steel inner valve, plastic shell, Drip cup: engineering plastic
- Suspension lifting device: Can be adjusted using a winch
- Waterline end module: Water display tube, etc.
**4. Automatic Ventilation Fan System**
- Controls climate conditions, providing fresh air, proper humidity, and temperature for optimal chicken growth.

- Options include coal, diesel, gas, or electric heating.
