Coulometric maintenance method

1. One rule

When the system fails, you can tentatively change certain states and change one parameter at a time. Doing some simple change steps may solve the problem.

2. The second comparison rule

Before the coulomb counter was overhauled, the fault was clearly identified or the solution to the fault was determined. In other words, the solution has already been found. For example, during the injection process, the peak value of the internal standard was found to be low, and the repeatability could be repeated. If it happened to be low, it was a bubble in the quantitation tube. This rule can be used to examine the situation after the system has changed. Change flow backwards Two standards can be entered before the formal injection to check the stability of the retention time and the stability of the chromatographic peaks. If extra peaks appear in the gradient elution, they can be eluted once with no-load gradients. This rule can be used to avoid unnecessary changes and corrective actions can be determined as soon as possible.

3. Replace the rules

The replacement of a suspected part with a good part is the best way to find a Coulomb fault. If you suspect that the detector causes noise, replace it with a good performance rotorless curemeter detector. If the fault is eliminated, there is a problem with the replaced detector. The size of the application of this rule is very large and small, from the replacement of the entire component to the replacement of printed circuit board integrated block.

4. Replacement rules

This rule is used in conjunction with the substitution rules. After the good parts have replaced the suspected components of the liquid flow rate meter, the situation has not improved and the original parts should be replaced. This minimizes maintenance costs and also prevents the use of used parts to build up the rotorless curemeter. This rule applies only to a single failure.

The principle of return does not apply to the following situations:

(1) New parts have been damaged (such as pump gaskets) when removed;

(2) Low price of parts (such as column lining filter);

(3) risk of damage if the original component is reinstalled;

(4) Parts that are regularly replaced.
