Daqing Petrochemical Company's outsourcing of crude oil measurement accuracy

On November 28th, Daqing Petrochemical Company's oil refinery flow verification station “One ball one valve bidirectional electric flat tile volumetric flow standard device” was completely connected, and the first calibration of the device was successful, marking the outsourcing of crude oil measuring instruments by Daqing Petrochemical. Online calibration technology has reached a new level.

"Standard equipment for volumetric tube flow" is a standard measuring instrument for on-line verification of crude oil measuring instruments purchased from Daqing Petrochemical Company's refineries. The accuracy, repeatability, and stability of the original "three-ball valveless standard volume tube" can no longer meet the requirements of the "National Metrological Verification Regulations."

The advanced automatic verification device makes the process of measurement, data acquisition and metrological verification more scientific, reasonable, accurate, reliable and safe and stable. After the first calibration of the relevant personnel of the Technical Supervision Bureau of Heilongjiang Province, all the calibration items were up to the standard. The calibration of the device was successful, and the deficiency in the previous measurement verification process was declared to have been fully optimized and perfected, thus providing an accurate measurement technology basis for Daqing Petrochemical's trade settlement of purchased crude oil metering instruments.

We have 3 layers package. For the outside, we adopt wood craft case. In the middle, the machine is covered by foam, to protect the machine from shaking. For the inside layer, the machine is covered by thickening plastic bag for waterproof.

A: Our technician have installed the machine before shipping. For some small parts installation, we will send detail training video, user's manual along with the machine. 95% customers can learn by themselves.
