The installation of high-angle camshafts is not complicated. Simply remove the original camshaft and replace the high-angle camshaft. When the high-angle camshaft is replaced, the air in the cylinder is generally not fully saturated during the opening and closing of the valve. Therefore, when installing the high-angle camshaft, it is best to ask the professional technician to adjust the intake valve to open early. The exhaust valve closes later, allowing more air to enter the cylinder. The effect of this is that before the exhaust valve is closed and the intake valve is opened, more fresh air can be introduced into the cylinder and the exhaust gas that has not been completely discharged is squeezed, so that the air flow efficiency in the cylinder can be improved. If this type of fabrication is not carried out, the “valve overlap” phenomenon in professional jargon is likely to occur. When this happens, it means that the leakage rate of the valve at low engine speed will increase, the low torque will become weak, and the idle speed will also be unstable.
