1. Product Description
The two-component polyurethane foam machine is designed for the precise mixing of polyether and isocyanate. It uses high-precision, high-pressure piston pumps to convey the components, with flow detection and closed-loop control via PLC feedback to ensure accurate flow measurement. The components are then directed into a mixing head through high and low conversion valves or directly mixed. The system includes a jacketed working tank (optional volume), blade filter, plate heat exchanger, and magnetic coupling. Depending on configuration, it may use volumetric or mass flow meters. This machine offers online adjustable foaming ratios, real-time flow display, adjustable pressure, temperature monitoring, excellent mixing performance, and stable foam quality.
