1. Product Description

The two-component polyurethane foam machine is designed to handle the mixing of polyether and isocyanate components. It uses high-precision, high-pressure piston pumps to convey the materials, with flow detection systems that provide feedback to the PLC for closed-loop control of pump speed. This ensures accurate flow measurement and precise dosing. The components are then directed through a high-low conversion valve or into the mixing head. The equipment includes a jacketed working tank (with optional volume), blade filter, plate heat exchanger, and magnetic coupling. Depending on the configuration, it can be equipped with either a volumetric or mass flow meter. Key advantages include online adjustable foaming ratio, real-time flow display, adjustable working pressure, real-time temperature monitoring, excellent mixing performance, and consistent foam quality.
