2007 International 4300 Conventional Cab, 7.6L L6 Diesel. This is a MedTec ambulance that was once part of the Lake Zurich Fire Department fleet. It has been well maintained and was used as one of the top ambulances in service before being retired. The body shows minimal corrosion, and all major systems are in good working order.

The unit includes a two-position cot mount (no cot included), a Motorola Astro VHF High Band Radio with rear control head, a UV disinfectant light, three air pack brackets, and an O2 cylinder lift (H tank). The tires and brakes are in excellent condition, and it was used on the front line until it was taken out of service.
