The ozone generator water treatment system works by circulating water through a sterilization tank located in the lower middle part of the water reservoir. Once the water level reaches the designated limit, the control panel activates high-voltage power, allowing ozone gas to be generated and distributed through pipelines into the aeration section for disinfection. The purified water is then returned to the tank, ensuring continuous circulation and thorough disinfection. This process guarantees clean and safe water quality before the product leaves the factory. Ozone is produced when oxygen passes through a high-frequency electric field and is then mixed with water. Its strong oxidizing properties effectively kill bacteria and other contaminants. The efficiency can be adjusted based on factors such as water pressure, ozone concentration, and current. With an ORP of 2.07V, ozone is significantly more effective than chlorine (1.36V), achieving up to 600–3000 times better disinfection at much lower concentrations, often within seconds. Applications

Tert-butyl Hydroperoxide Industrial
Tert-butyl Hydroperoxideis a hydroperoxide, in fact one of the most widely used in a variety of oxidation processes, for example the Halcon process.It is normally supplied as a 69–70% aqueous solution. Compared to hydrogen peroxide and organic peracids, Tert-butyl Hydroperoxide is less reactive and more soluble in organic solvents. Overall, it is renowned for the convenient handling properties of its solutions. Its solutions in organic solvents are highly stable.
Industrially, tert-butyl hydroperoxide is used to prepare propylene oxide. In the Halcon process, molybdenum-based catalysts are used for the reaction.
On a much smaller scale, tert-butyl hydroperoxide is used to produce some fine chemicals by the Sharpless epoxidation.
