3. Sales team sends a Proforma Invoice with the company seal.
4. Customer makes the deposit payment and sends the bank receipt.
5. Initial Production Stage – Inform clients that payment has been received and samples will be made according to your request. Photos or samples will be sent for approval. After approval, production will start with an estimated timeline.
6. Middle Production – Send photos of the production line so you can see your products being made. Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
7. End Production – Send photos and samples for final approval. You may also arrange third-party inspection.
8. Customers make the balance payment, and we ship the goods. We also accept Balance against B/L Copy, L/C, or D/P payment terms.
9. The order is marked as "finished" once you receive the goods and are satisfied.
