2. The Gearbox
New-style parallel three-axis drive design integrates the conveying axis, chain, deceleration, and torque distribution, ensuring compact structure. Key bearings are imported.
High-quality materials are used for drive components, including super high-strength alloy cemented steel, carburizing, quenching, gear grinding technology, and tooth surface strengthening. This ensures high torque, precision, and low noise.
Oil immersion and forced lubrication work smoothly. If the hydraulic circuit is over-pressurized, an alarm will be triggered.
 
4. The Screw Barrel
Euro-style rectangular barrel with optimized reflux cooling, reducing temperature differences in C areas.
According to material and technical requirements, cylinder material can be high-quality nitrided steel, corrosion-resistant, or anti-friction with appropriate processes.
The screw is made of high tool steel 38CrMoALA or W6Mo5Cr4V2 with special heat treatment.
