PPR Silicon Core Pipe Machine with CE Certification
This PPR Silicon Core Pipe Production Line consists of three extruders, co-extrusion mold, vacuum calibration tank, spray cooling tank, haul-off machine, winder, and optional printer. It is designed for high-efficiency production of multi-layer pipes with a silicon core, ensuring excellent quality and performance.
Key Features:
1. The main extruder uses specialized screws for polyolefin materials. It is equipped with an automatic vacuum loader, constant temperature dryer, and hopper, offering high output, good plasticization, and stable extrusion.
2. The first extruder is used for HDPE pipe extrusion, the second one for the inner silicone layer, and the third one for the marking line.
3. Helical and basket-type die heads are ideal for polyolefins, providing stable melting pressure and improving plasticization. They also ensure consistent material flow and pressure levels.
