working principle

Due to the high-speed rotation of the grading rotor, the particles are both subjected to the centrifugal force generated by the grading rotor and to the centripetal force generated by the viscous action of the airflow. When the particles are subjected to centrifugal force greater than centripetal force That is, the coarse particles above the grading diameter are returned to the pulverization chamber to continue the impact pulverization. The fine particles below the grading diameter are collected into the cyclone with the gas flow. The trap is collected. The gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.
