Operation principle of steam three-way control valve The steam three-way control valve is composed of control valves, electric actuators, temperature sensors and temperature regulators. The structure and principle of the heating type regulating valve: Before the work, the main valve core is in the semi-open position, and the sensor is in the natural state. Connect the power supply and the main spool is fully open. The medium flows into the main valve body from the direction of the arrow and heats the heat storage tank through the valve body. When the temperature rises to the corresponding set value, the sensor will generate the corresponding linear signal input integrated actuator, then drive the valve stem, spool displacement, close the main valve core to stop heating. When the temperature is lower than the set value, the sensor generates a linear signal input integrated actuator, which drives the valve core to open gradually so that the medium flows into the heat storage tank according to the parabola characteristic and is heated until it reaches the set value. In this way, the controlled medium is always controlled within the set temperature range so as to achieve temperature control. Remarks: often said heating, cooling type. In this valve, only the replacement of the valve core structure can be achieved.
