Designing and thinking about user programs During the law enforcement operation, the Bureau of Fisheries was located in the offshore area and had no fixed location. Traditional wired or point-to-point transmission could not be realized, and there were various problems with cost and coverage area. In view of this situation, we adopt the COFDM mobile video wireless transmission scheme, which makes the video transmission in this case better.

When designing a wireless solution, the following system design principles are followed: This design mainly implements two main lines of “high quality” and “low cost” for design. Considering the factors of construction, maintenance and operation in an integrated manner, there will be room for expansion for future development and maintenance of additional levels. The system design content is systematic, complete, and comprehensive; the design scheme is scientific, reasonable, and operable.

The implementation of specific programs discusses this program consists of three parts: the patrol boat law enforcement unit at the front, the fisheries mother ship transit unit, the receiving unit at the rear command center.
