Magnetic Levitation (Maglev) bearing technology: Compared to injection screw compressors, this system eliminates mechanical contact friction and lubrication systems, particularly beneficial in large cooling capacity multi-compressor systems. It avoids concerns about oil balance and completely solves the oil return issues of screw compressors. This significantly enhances chiller reliability and simplifies maintenance.

Variable frequency drive: The compressor runs at 48,000 RPM, allowing 10% to 100% stepless adjustment, ensuring high overall unit efficiency. Optimized operation control under partial load conditions achieves a wide range of precise temperature control and overcomes centrifugal compressor surge in part load. Starting current is only 10% of conventional compressors, reducing grid impact.

High efficiency and energy saving: The refrigeration system operates without oil, eliminating thermal resistance. The heat exchanger's oil film improves thermal efficiency by 15%. With an outlet water temperature of 18°C, the COP at full load reaches up to 8.3, and IPLV partial load efficiency is as high as 13.

Environmental friendly: Refrigerant R134a is non-ODS. It is non-flammable, non-toxic, non-irritating, non-corrosive, chlorine-free, and does not destroy the ozone layer.

Low noise: The compressor operates without friction or reciprocating movement, resulting in minimal vibration and lower noise levels—about 6-10 dBA less than conventional compressors of the same capacity. No vibration impacts on surrounding buildings, and no sound damping parts are needed.
