A: The completed 3D file in STP, IGS, or X_T format is required for fast and accurate quotation. We assume you already have this file ready.

Q: How do I know my 3D files are protected?
A: Our company uses an advanced data security system to protect all client information. We can also sign an NDA to ensure your data remains confidential.
Q: What is the flow of your company after I place an order?
A: First, the 3D files are given to programming engineers to create the CNC tool path. Then, engineers prepare a list of materials needed and send it to the CNC machining center. Once the part is machined, it goes to the post-finish center to remove any burrs. Finally, if you need additional finishes like painting, silk-screen, anodizing, sand-blasting, plating, laser etching, etc., we can perform these as per your request.
