6, construction site preparation

(3) Do a good job of cleaning up the obstacles on the construction site, level the site, fully equipped with construction machinery and equipment, and prepare construction materials to ensure normal construction.

4. Preparation before the operation

1. Before construction, clean up the material and debris in the wellhead and wellhead within 20 meters and at the bottom of the well. Comprehensive inspection of electrical equipment to ensure that the electrical equipment integrity rate reaches 100%.

2. Before construction, clean the hydraulic special template for the construction wellbore and apply the template release agent. 3. According to the design requirements: the inner and outer vertical ribs in the explosion-proof door foundation should be tied and connected with the steel bars in the lower well wall, and the lap length of the lashing is 42d. V. Construction plan: 1. Template support:

The oil trough template is made of purchased δ30mm steel plate, each template is 1500×700mm, a total of 26 pieces are pressed out of the arc by the coiling machine, and the formwork support adopts 50×50 wood squares up and down two times, the spacing is 300mm, and is fixed by hanging mold. The lower part of the template is supported by a processed steel horse stool. The horse stool is made of Φ10 round steel, one for every 300mm, and the height of the horse stool is 280mm. A total of 65 pieces are made.

2, steel bar binding:

The length of the inner and outer vertical ribs is 1000mm, and the inner and outer ring ribs are laid out on site.

After the inner mold of the explosion-proof door foundation is set, the concrete at the wellhead is manually cut off by 760mm. 3. Concrete pouring:

After the acceptance of the steel bar and the formwork is confirmed, after confirming that all the embedded parts and the reserved holes are in the correct position, the concrete pouring instructions are issued by the supervisor and the concrete is poured. Before the concrete is poured, the foundation is washed away with high-pressure water, and the concrete is continuously poured and molded once.

Sixth, construction technical measures and construction quality control measures

4. The specification, quantity and size spacing of steel bars should meet the design requirements. The surface of the steel bars is strictly prohibited from having quality defects such as oil stains, pitting, breakage, burns and scratches.

5. When concrete is poured, it must be vibrated carefully. It is strictly forbidden to have leakage and over-vibration.

6. When concrete is poured, the embedded parts and the pre-embedded bolts should be checked frequently for misalignment. The template is often observed for deformation. Once an abnormality is found, the correction is immediately corrected.

7. The formwork and its supporting structure must meet the requirements of bearing capacity, rigidity and stability. The template must be cleaned and evenly coated with a release agent before it is supported. The concrete can be removed by removing 70% of the design value above the design value.

8. The seam of the template plate should be covered with 10mm thick sponge strip. The sponge strip should be flush with the inside of the template to ensure that the seam depth is uniform and uniform, and the sponge strip should not be missed at the joint.

9. The concrete strictly controls the quality of the raw materials, strictly controls the water-cement ratio, and ensures the correct collapse of the concrete. Seven, safety technical measures

8. XI. Fire fighting measures

Specialized management of inflammable and explosive materials should be set up, and the position of electric welding and gas welding should be strictly controlled. If the construction needs to use electricity or fire welding, it is necessary to go through relevant procedures with relevant departments, do isolation measures, and equip fire equipment according to relevant regulations.

4. After the electric and fire welding operations are completed, the residue is removed, and the designated person is allowed to observe on the spot. No abnormal phenomenon can be left, and the abnormality is detected in time.
