Dehydration work by hydraulic filling method

Dewatering after hydraulic filling is critical, and the speed and quality of dewatering directly affects the efficiency and quality of mining.

There are two ways to solve the dehydration: one is overflow dehydration and the other is percolation dehydration.

(1) Overflow dehydration method.

Overflow dewatering is the natural deposition of the filling material, and the upper clarified water is discharged from the mining field through the overflow pipe or the overflow hole. (China's car multi-steel mine, using siphon knot dehydration).

This method is mainly used for post-harvest full tailings, or split-level tailings, one-time filling of the stope, dehydration, which can only make the clarified water flow out, but can not drain the filling body. At the same time, the water outflow is clarified, and a layer of thin mud is often formed on the filling body to be difficult to dry. Therefore, in the mining field with the mining, it is generally used in conjunction with the percolation method.

(2) Percolation dehydration method

The percolation dehydration method is a method of using a water filtering structure to percolate water out of the mine. The structures for percolation and dewatering include water filtration windows, water filtration windows, water filtration cylinders, water filtration walls and water filtration patios.

There are half of the materials used for water filtration: straw curtains, linen, vitex, bamboo mats, summer cloth, reeds and hands.

1) Water filter window - suitable for gently inclined ore body. Usually used in conjunction with a closed wall. The drainage range is very limited. For example, when the coarse-grain filling is filled, the saliva can only be removed above the level of the water filter. The range of the dewatering port with the fine-grain filling is even smaller.

2) Water filtration wall - There are two equipment methods, one is for use with a closed wall; the other is a separate setting. The water filter wall is made up of wood support, partitions and water filter material. (This method is also called sand door or sand blocking wall)

Since the down-filling method mostly uses the roadway to recover, the mining section is small, so sand gates are installed at the inlet to dewater. The inlet is both an inlet for filling and a dewatering filling. A hose can be used for the filling tube, and a bamboo tube can be used for the water conduit. The diameter of the water guiding hole is φ=120 mm.

3) Water filter cartridge - generally made of wood, which is drilled with a water filter hole of φ30 mm at a certain distance. The outer casing is wrapped with water filter material, generally in the filling material. The water filter cartridge mainly uses a gently inclined ore body.

Generally, one is placed every 30 meters along the direction of the bottom plate. (China includes the use of this method in soup mines)

4) Water filtration patio - (ie the pedestrian dewatering well mentioned earlier).
