Structure and Principle:

The centrifuge operates by rotating the bowl at high speed around the main axis, driven by a motor through a hydraulic coupling and gear system. The feed enters from the top and flows into the bottom of the bowl, where it is separated through holes in the disc stack. Under the influence of centrifugal force, heavy liquid moves along the inner wall of the discs toward the outer wall of the bowl. It is then discharged via a heavy liquid pump. Lighter liquid flows along the disc walls into the central pipe and exits through the upper outlet. Solid particles settle on the bowl wall and are removed through an automatic discharge system controlled by a sliding bowl mechanism.
