Structure and Principle:
The bowl rotates at a high speed around the main axis, driven by a motor through a hydraulic coupling and a gear pair. The feed liquid enters from the top through the feeding pipe into the bottom of the bowl and then passes through the holes in the disc seat. Under the influence of centrifugal force, the heavier liquid flows along the inner walls of the discs toward the bowl's wall. After rising, it is discharged via the heavy liquid pump. The lighter liquid flows along the inner walls of the discs into the central pipe and exits through the upper liquid outlet. Larger solid particles settle on the bowl walls and are discharged through the sediment outlet, controlled by the sliding bowl mechanism.
