The automatic flash point analyzer (closed cup) is designed in accordance with ASTM D93, IGB261-2008, SH/T0315, and other international standards. It utilizes microcomputer technology to ensure complete automation. This device features electronic ignition without the need for an air source. It offers advantages such as self-fault checking, high testing accuracy, strong repeatability, stable performance, and ease of operation. 1. Color touch LCD screen display with an English interface and menu guidance.
2. High-speed signal processor with precise analog-to-digital conversion circuits.
3. PID control algorithm automatically adjusts the heating curve according to standard requirements.
4. Built-in automatic atmospheric pressure detector that detects and corrects atmospheric pressure for accurate flash point readings.
5. Fully automatic functions including aspiration, stirring, ignition, testing, alerting, cooling, and printing.
6. Automatic detection of the entire testing process, including lid opening, ignition, alerting, cooling, and printing.
7. Secure and reliable platinum alloy ignition source for high precision and stability.
