Encourage rural collective economic organizations to invest in the construction of grain drying centers to serve food production and increase collective income. It is necessary to actively encourage grain purchasing personnel to invest in the construction of grain drying centers. Orderly guide grain storage and storage, processing enterprises to invest in or rebuild drying facilities.

Fourth, the scale is moderate. The grain drying center construction should be based on the service target and service scope to determine the scale. It should be based on a small drying center of 30 tons to 60 tons, with a medium-sized drying center of 60 tons to 100 tons as the main body and more than 100 tons. Large drying center or more than 200 tons of drying towers as a supplement. To make full use of old factories, old schools, old villages, old halls, and other idle land, to maximize the conservation of land resources.

Fifth, the site selection is reasonable. The location of the grain drying center should be combined in three ways: First, the site should be selected in conjunction with the food distribution and distribution area. Second, we must combine the grain processing agglomeration areas for site selection. The general choice is near the grain station and grain processing plant to facilitate farmers' grain sales and reduce duplicate transportation. Six facilities. The construction of grain drying centers should be completed with three supporting facilities. One is equipment support. It is necessary to build boiler rooms, power distribution rooms, grain reserve warehouses, and off-site cool sun and turnaround sites (storage and drying area of ​​more than 200 square meters respectively). Seventh, energy saving and environmental protection. The construction of grain drying center should pay attention to ecological environment protection. We should choose advanced technology, reliable quality, reasonable price, and thoughtful service of drying and supporting equipment. We must focus on the promotion of energy-saving and environment-friendly low-temperature circulating dryers. We must use national professional quality. Inspection products issued by the inspection department will be used to develop advanced, safe and environmentally friendly drying technologies.
