What is a trench-type bottom structure?

The bottom structure of the trench-type ore-bearing roadway is an improvement in the nature of the bottom structure of the funnel-receiving roadway. It combines the funnels along the longitudinal direction to form a single groove . The combination of the two operations of pulling the bottom and expanding the hole, and simultaneously cutting the upper and middle holes, can improve the working efficiency. The bottom of the tank and the secondary broken horizontal roadway (or transportation level) are connected every 5~7m with a wide section of the ore discharge ( 2~2.5m ). The trench is generally arranged on one side.
The trench cutting has the advantages of simple process, safe work, high efficiency, and easy quality assurance. However, the cutting of the bottom column is more, which reduces the stability of the bottom column, so it is only suitable for ore bodies with moderate ore content.
Compared with the funnel, the advantages of the heavy ditch mine roadway: (
1 ) the mechanized working conditions of the bottoming are better, ( 2) the labor productivity is 15~25% higher than the funnel ; ( 3 ) the volume including the bottoming The volume of the funnel is increased by 50~100% , but the consumption of the Mining cost and labor is 10~20% lower than that of the bottom of the funnel . (4 ) The blockage is less than the bottom structure of the funnel, and it is easy to eliminate, and the productivity of the ore is increased by 10~ 20% .
The blockage position often occurs at the change of the neck section of the funnel, and the ore discharge without the funnel neck is relatively smooth.
A trench-type bottom structure for the mining of steeply inclined medium-thick ore bodies with inclined bottom columns. The transportation lane is located in the surrounding rock of the lower plate, and the
chamber 2 of the vibrating miner 3 is installed every 5~7m , and the chambers are connected by the bottoming alley 4, and the fan is formed in the bottom of the bottom . The deep hole forms a sulcus 5 . The bottom structure is simple, the cutting efficiency is high, the integrity of the bottom column is good, and the top column can be left without the top column, which is beneficial to the ventilation management. For example, the artificial inclined bottom column is formed by using the concrete, which can minimize the loss of the ore and facilitate the handling of the empty area.
