As seen around … Bridgeview

This is from Josh Boyajian:

I had the chance to capture some photos of Bridgeview Station 1. It's always interesting to see how different departments operate and what equipment they use on a daily basis.
  • Engine 416 is a 2014 E-One Typhoon with a 1,500-GPM pump and a 1,000-gallon water tank. It looks well-maintained and ready for any call.
  • Ambulance 417 is a 2015 Ford F-450 Wheeled Coach Type 1. These units are known for their durability and reliability in emergency situations.
  • Battalion 40 is an older, unmarked Ford Expedition that has been customized with lights and emergency equipment. It’s a great example of how departments often repurpose vehicles for command and control roles.

It was a nice experience to get a closer look at the equipment and vehicles used by the Bridgeview Fire Department. Each piece of apparatus tells a story about the department's readiness and commitment to public safety. The photos should give a good visual representation of their fleet.
