The shaking of the car when the sprinkler is cold started is a common problem in gasoline vehicles. Experts of special-powered steaming trucks of Cheng Li analyze the reason for the cold start of the sprinkler. The most fundamental reason for the cold start or the jitter phenomenon of the neutral waiting is that the combustion in the cylinder is not good. Burning is not good, the power provided by the car is not enough, and the car shakes. As an example of an image, assuming that the horse can pull the car with a force of 100 points, if only a force of 60 points is used, of course, it will not move and shake.

Low ignition energy The first problem the car faces during cold start is the low temperature. The temperature inside the sprinkler engine is not enough, and the temperature of the fuel and lubricant is not enough. Therefore, in the cold start, more fuel should be injected to meet the dynamic requirements. The larger the spark plug gap, the smaller the ignition energy. When the fuel atomization at a low temperature is not good, the fuel needs a higher ignition energy. When the vehicle is used for a long time, the ignition gap of the spark plug is likely to become large, which causes the ignition energy to drop, thereby affecting the dynamic performance and causing the vehicle to shake.

If carbon deposits occur in the valves and inlets in the sprinkler engine, ECU determines that something is wrong because carbon deposits can absorb the proper amount of fuel (as water flows through the embankment and the soil absorbs water). The actual control of the computer ejected assumptions of 100 oil and gas, but only 90 (actually 10) were absorbed into the cylinder. Even if the remaining 90 oils and gas mixtures are fully burned, the required power is not achieved. Sex, jitter is inevitable.
Similarly, the spark plug of the sprinkler multi-cylinder also has the above problem. After a long period of use, the spark plug's ignition gap and time control will be different, but the ECU cannot diagnose this deviation and still treat them “equally”. This causes actual and theoretical errors. As a result, some cylinders are produced. The power is too small and can cause jitter.
When the sprinkler engine is used for a long time, the gap between each cylinder sleeve and the piston may also be different from large or small, that is, some gaps are large and some gaps are small. In the cold start, there is no good oil lubrication, large gap cylinders easily leak a certain amount of high temperature gas from the gap, thereby reducing the power output.
