3 "eight" type trough method advantages and disadvantages

Advantages: small amount of engineering, high utilization of blastholes; small amount of waste stone cutting.

1 Pulling method——The “Ding” type vertical trough is above the gully roadway or rock drilling roadway, the vertical gully roadway or the rock drilling roadway is used to dig the cutting roadway, and then the vertical cutting well is boring from the cutting roadway, and the cutting roadway is cut. And the cutting wells form an inverted "D" shape. A vertical upward fan-shaped medium-depth hole parallel to the cutting well is drilled in the cutting lane to cut the well as a free surface and a compensation space, and the blast holes are formed to form a cutting vertical groove.

2 main advantages and disadvantages

Advantages: rock drilling, construction, excavation, etc. are convenient; the equipment can be easily disassembled, disassembled and operated; it can be reduced, the labor of auxiliary work is small and the material consumption is reduced. Therefore, the use of such a groove method is common.

Disadvantages: There is a partial waste cutting amount.

3) "well" type drawing groove method

1 This kind of groove method is actually a combination of “D” shaped grooves, which consists of a cutting alley and a cutting patio, forming a “well” shape at a predetermined cutting groove.

2 Applicable conditions: suitable for large cutting area or large cutting volume.

(3) The relationship between the formation of the cutting trough and the falling ore

There are two cases: 1 The cutting vertical groove is formed first, and then the mining is carried out. The advantage is that the quality of the vertical groove formation can be directly observed, and the defects can be compensated in time. However, this method has high requirements for the stability of the ore rock, and can not exert the extrusion blasting conditions well, so the practice is not much used. .

2 Forming the cutting groove and the falling section of the mine. The pros and cons are the opposite of the first one, and actually use more. When the local pressure is large and the ore is not stable, it is better to use this formation.

(4) [Caution]: 1 The cutting trough should be placed in the area where the ore body is enlarged or removed, or where the stability is good. 2 should pay attention to the need for exploration and integration. 3 There should be a certain safety distance between the cutting well and the boundary of the collapsed area.
