It will focus on work in planning management, on-site 5S, visualization (management information), quality, training, etc. Realize the transition from qualitative to quantitative management of on-site management: improve and regularly carry out QC group activities through full participation, obtain on-site continuous improvement, and continuously improve product quality; effectively reduce the overall implementation of “two books, three votes, one form” standard operations. Waste of action, achieve balanced production; through the introduction of various types of visual management standards on the site, realize dynamic management, and effectively promote the efficiency of resource management. At the same time, the company will also strengthen employee training, continue to carry out multi-energy training projects, cultivate lean production internal trainers on the basis of lean production knowledge and tool application training, and strive to achieve full cooperation through the cooperation of the company.
