At the forthcoming exhibition of industrial textiles and nonwovens, the non-manufacturing equipment engineering department of Qingdao Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. will exhibit its newly developed high-speed cross-lapper.
It is reported that the high-speed cross-laying machine which can be used as the front-end process of the spunlace and needle-punched nonwoven fabric production line adopts the servo transmission mode, and the installed clamp type compensator can realize the adjustable speed, and the whole machine speed can reach 100 meters. /min, can meet the high speed, high quality user requirements, and its technical content is close to the international advanced level. The traditional paving machine model produced by the Qingfang machine adopts the variable frequency transmission mode, and the running speed is 50~60 m/min, which has been sold in the whole country about 30 units. The new model is based on the original research and development innovation. The new machine has been installed and commissioned in a production plant in Jiangsu. It is expected to be officially started up in early September. In addition, Qingfang Machine Co., Ltd. can also provide a complete line of needle-punched nonwoven fabrics, mainly used in the production of high-grade leather base fabrics, automotive interiors, filter materials, geotextiles, etc., characterized by compact structure and high density of needle punching.
