The leading domestic product of Nanyang Fine Wax Factory's multi-products has reached the point at which it is not currently available.

On January 5th, a batch of specialized chewing gum wax produced by the Nanyang Paraffin Fine Chemical Factory under Henan Oilfield was shipped from Tianjin Port to Denmark. This shipment marks the beginning of the company’s annual delivery of 3,000 tons of chewing gum wax to a Danish client. It is also the first large-scale export of food-grade microcrystalline wax from Sinopec refining companies into the EU market, highlighting the factory's growing international presence. In the previous year, sales of specialty products like wax series reached over 500 million yuan. Currently, two companies in Germany and the Netherlands are in active discussions with the Nanyang Fine Wax Factory regarding the export of microcrystalline wax. Notably, Feide Chemical Company in Germany plans to use the factory’s products to manufacture chassis waxes for major automotive brands such as Volkswagen and BMW. Over recent years, leveraging the high wax content in crude oil from Henan Oilfield, the plant has transitioned from producing fuel-based products to developing high-value-added fine chemicals, including wax series products, lubricants, and polypropylene. The factory has successfully developed 22 categories of products, launching 38 new brands. Its output and variety of microcrystalline wax and specialty waxes now lead the nation. The factory's wax products are now sold in nearly 30 countries worldwide. Among its latest innovations, No. 90 microcrystalline wax is unique in China. The emulsion explosive wax not only leads in production and sales domestically but also enjoys strong demand in Southeast Asian markets. Phase change wax products have filled a domestic gap and will be used in the construction of venues for the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Recently developed rubber protective wax and precision casting wax have also drawn significant customer interest. These high-quality paraffin-based chemical products have driven consistent growth in the factory’s economic performance. High-value products have led to soaring sales revenue, and in some cases, demand has outpaced supply, creating a tight market situation.
