The ultra-low temperature micro-powder preparation equipment, jointly developed by Zhejiang Fengli Crushing Equipment Co., Ltd. — a national key high-tech enterprise — and the 609th Research Institute of China National Aviation Industry Corporation, has recently been included in the 2006 Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Plan as a key research project (Project No. 2006C21056). As a result, the advancement of this technology has become a critical step in improving traditional Chinese medicine production methods. Zhejiang Fengli has achieved a major breakthrough with this complete set of equipment, securing its own intellectual property rights. The innovation lies in the integration of an air-turbine expansion ultra-low temperature cooling system with a crusher, ensuring a more energy-efficient and effective crushing process. The design features an optimized crushing gap, tool shape, and structure to achieve ideal results. High-quality ultra-low temperature steel is used to guarantee equipment stability, and an automated control system provides a user-friendly interface for operation. This advanced system uses aerospace-derived air-based ultra-low temperature freezing technology to process difficult-to-crush materials such as traditional Chinese medicines, high-value foods, animal bones, and heat-sensitive biological materials. By reducing the temperature, the fineness of these substances is significantly improved, and selective crushing based on material brittle points allows for the separation of pure, single-component powders.
