Currently, China lacks mature ultra-low temperature micro-powder technology, and some countries, such as Japan, have restricted similar technologies. Therefore, advancing this technology is vital for improving traditional Chinese medicine production methods. After successfully developing this complete system, Zhejiang Fengli will own its intellectual property. The innovation lies in the integration of an air-turbine expansion ultra-low temperature cooling device with a crusher, ensuring system integrity, energy efficiency, and superior crushing performance. By optimizing the crushing gap, tool design, and structural layout, the system achieves ideal results. High-quality ultra-low temperature steel is used to ensure equipment stability, while an automated control system provides an efficient human-machine interface. This advanced equipment utilizes aerospace-derived air-based ultra-low temperature freezing technology to crush difficult-to-process materials like traditional Chinese medicines, premium foods, animal bones, and heat-sensitive biological materials. Low-temperature crushing significantly enhances the fineness of these substances and allows for selective crushing based on different brittle temperatures, resulting in pure and single powders. Its application offers ideal cryogenic processing solutions for multiple industries, boosting the core competitiveness of related sectors. For example, ultrafine herbal powders can enhance medicinal efficacy, while ultrafine bioengineering powders can improve the absorption of health products.
