Manroland has recently installed the first Roland 500 press capable of double-sided printing, marking a significant milestone in the company's product lineup. This eight-unit press is designed for high-quality four-color printing on both sides, offering enhanced efficiency and versatility for print shops. The machine was acquired by Druckerei Kriechbaumer, a well-known printing plant located near Munich. The company already operates a ten-color, one-color, and another one-color Roland 700 press, making this new investment a strategic move to expand their capabilities.
According to industry reports, the Roland 500 InLinePerfector was showcased as a flagship model at the PrintCity booth during the IPEX exhibition in April. Its introduction highlights the growing demand for advanced, high-speed double-sided printing solutions in the market. With its innovative design and performance, the Roland 500 is expected to set new standards in the industry, helping printers meet increasing customer demands for quality and speed. This installation not only strengthens Manroland's position in the market but also demonstrates the evolving trends in modern printing technology.
