Fire in Joliet 7-17-12

A fire broke out on the far west side of Joliet at 6901 Grantham Drive. The incident involved a detached garage that caught fire and caused damage to the adjacent house. Firefighters used three hand lines to bring the blaze under control. Joliet Engine 10 was the first unit to arrive on scene, followed by Engine 9, Engine 8, Truck 9, Ambulance 9, Ambulance 10, and Battalion Chief 2.
