Here’s a look at Northfield Fire Department’s new engine, the 2013 E-One E-Max mounted on a Typhoon chassis. It features a 1500-gallon water tank, a 750-gallon foam system, a 10-inch suction line, and a 20-foot ladder. The unit is expected to be officially put into service this week.
Bill shared a few photos of the new Squad 29, capturing its clean design and modern appearance. The first image shows the fire engine in full view, highlighting its striking graphics and professional look. The second photo focuses on the front of the truck, showing off the detailed branding and the department's logo. The third image gives a closer look at the side of the engine, emphasizing its size and build quality.
These photos give a great sense of what to expect from the new apparatus as it joins the fleet. It's always exciting to see new equipment coming online, and this one looks like a solid addition to Northfield’s fire response capabilities.
